What?

• Run as part of the BBYC Winter Series
• Two decent sized windward leewards on each day with a good fleet of 88s from both sides of the city.
• The aim is to pitch the boats from up the ditch in the West against the boats from up the river in the East. Bring on the SMAK talk!
• Trophies are for top combined scores of the top 3 Westies vs top 3 Easties, line and handicap.
• Don't like spinnakers? Sail no extras .. you won't be the only one and there is not a lot of speed difference.

Who?

• Any 88 with a measurement certificate.... Contacts here if you need help and advice.   
• Skipper/helm need to be a member of  the association...  Application and renewal links on this page 

Where?

• These races are sailed on the waters to the West of Browns Island, some of the best sailing "grounds' in Auckland. Click here for approx race area

When?

• The 2 dates fit neatly on the Sundays before the SSANZ Triple series. May 15th, June 12th
