NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting of the Young 88 Owners Association of New Zealand (inc.) will be held in the Commodores Room at the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron, Westhaven Tuesday 20th September 2022, commencing at 1900hrs. Telephone/web dial in via Zoom will also be available. For those attending in person there will be an option to meet beforehand for a casual meal and a drink in the Commodores Room from 1800hrs.

All members are asked to attend in person or online via Zoom. If that is not an option then you can complete, and return the attached proxy form to give your vote to another member and for rule changes complete a Postal Voting Form to secretary@young88.org.nz.  These are to be received no later than 12pm on the day of the meeting.

3. Project and initiative updates
4. 2022/23 Season Plan
5. General business and recommendations to the committee.

Please register your intention to attend online with an RSVP online via the Young 88 event or in response to the Young 88 Google Calendar invite or by RSVP to secretary@young88.org.nz.

Registrants will be sent a confirmation and Zoom link with instructions to use if joining remotely.
