Notice is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting of the Young 88 Owners Association of New Zealand (inc) on Tuesday 30th April 2024, commencing at 1800 hours. Attendance in person is preferred but if not possible then please join via the link that will be emailed to you after registration.
Please note per Constitution:
"Any member desiring to bring any special business before an annual general meeting for resolution there shall give notice of the substance of the business in writing to the Secretary/Treasurer no later than one month prior to the meeting."
Business
Opening of the meeting and apologies.
To read and approve the minutes from the last AGM.
To receive the presidents report.
To receive the Secretary / Treasurers report.
To receive and approve the financial accounts of the association for the year ended 31st December 2023.
To set subscription levels for the year commencing 1st January 2025.
To elect the officers of the Association (President, Secretary, Treasurer, and committee members).
Motions to be heard.
General business and recommendations to the incoming committee.
