Are you up for the challenge?

We have listened to the feedback and agreed with organisers that we will do the sprint courses rather  than the marathon to maximise entries, and competition (plus some of us are getting too old to finish at 4am .. sailing that is!).

We are also keen to have the extras and no extras in the same race and will account for wardrobes in the Time Correction Factor.  Do it in relaxed style.... no longer a need for a gorilla (or strong monkey) on the foredeck... and yes there is more.. the Coast Guard Fundraiser "Aftermatch" following the third race will be back and even bigger and louder than last year.

To secure our own division we need 7 boats with their entries in ASAP.  To get our own start time (less risk of entanglement) we need a minimum of 10 series entries.  The goal is 15 plus.

Any Young88! Current entries - Babe, Dilemma, Flash Gordon, Legless, Medium Dry, Sailor Moon, Voodoo, War Machine

What
The 88's get up to 15 entries and with the fleet getting even more active there is no reason why we shouldn't see 20 x 88's on the start line in 2019.

We are making a few changes to the 88 division to get even more 88s out there in the same division.  We will go with the shorter courses (probably 30-50 miles) and an extra  handicap allowance for those who want to sail no extras ie stress free with no spinnakers

When
With 3 races spaced approximately one month apart and courses to cater for all sizes of keelboat (and multihulls) SSANZ has come up with a successful formula that just gets better every year. 

• Race 1 - LEWMAR TRIPLE SERIES 60 – 6 JULY 2019
• Race 2 - LEWMAR TRIPLE SERIES 100 – 3 AUGUST 2019 
• Race 3 - LEWMAR TRIPLE SERIES 50 – 31 AUGUST 2019
