The SSANZ Triple series attracts an ever building fleet of fun loving short handed sailors charging round the gulf in the middle of winter under the watchful eye of the Race Committee and Auckland Coastguard.

For the first time last year The 88's and Piedys marked the conclusion of the series with a formal after-match complete with raft up BBQ and Lanny's awesome sounds.

We got some sponsors and the hat went round and we raised over $500 for coastguard.

The post match verdict.. rinse and repeat but bigger, better and louder?

Events will kick off in Islington bay immediately after the last race finishes.

SSANZers and guests bring fenders and lines to join the raft, hitch a ride across on a passing RHIB or swim over :)
