• Putting together winning teams (Y88, Etchell nationals)
• Managing a big team (TP52 teams)
• Managing a team over a season, hints and tips. (team gear/culture on the boat/ roles/ methods of communication)
• How off-water roles within a team can be beneficial (Team managers)
