ARE YOU UP FOR THE TWO HANDED CHALLENGE?

Who
Any measured  Young 88 with an owner/skipper who are members of the association. 

Its a two handed series but you can mix crew up through the three races in the series.

In recognition of the new 2024 Olympics Mixed Double Handed Offshore Keel Boat event the association is putting up a trophy for the first Youn88 on overall on line in the series with a mixed crew in every race.

The Lewmar Triple Series is all go and we cant wait to see you join us on the water in this popular event run by the Short Handed Sailing Assocation of New Zealand!

The Notice of Race is out now with entries to open from the 1st June at www.ssanz.co.nz. Racing is in a similar format to last year, however the briefing will be done “Virtually” – more details to come! Lets get the entries early in to support the club!

Lewmar Triple Series Race Dates:

• 2nd July 2020 - Briefing 7pm - Royal NZ Yacht Squadron
• 4th July 2020 – 60 (Y88s 52 NM)
• 1st August 2020 –  100 (Y88s 55 NMs)
• 29th August 2020 – 50 (Y88s 44 NMs)

With 3 races spaced approximately one month apart and courses to cater for all sizes of keelboat (and multihulls) SSANZ has come up with a successful formula that just gets better every year.  This years Lewmar Triple Series race dates are:

• 4th July 2020 – Doyle 60
• 1st August 2020 –  Baltic 100
• 29th August 2020 – PIC 50
