Another excellent SSANZ Series was topped off with a Shorthanded Sailing Association of New Zealand "do" ...

Last night was the 2022 PIC Insurance Brokers Triple Series Prize Giving ....... social, relaxed fun and funny.

We had our own fleet like usual in the RAILBLAZA division.

Congratulations to:

Mike, Nick (and Rob) on War Machine for first overall on line..(just)

Karyn (I hate long races) and Dean (seat of the pants) Drummond on Flash Gordon for (first equal) second on countback on line and winners of the Mixed Doubles trophy .... all of that on debut too.

Third on line was our most "experienced" owner Dave Stanton with 27 years perfecting Sister Moonshine.

First on corrected time was the very quick and getting quicker Jonny McCabe on Satellite.

Excellent turnout from the 88s with 9 boats in the series and 14 in the last race and also bloody great to complete it without a Covid interruption!
