NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting of the Young 88 Owners Association of New Zealand (inc) will be held at the Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron's clubrooms at Westhaven on Tuesday 7th April 2020, commencing at around 1900 hours. Telephone/web dial in avaliable.
All members are asked to attend or if desired, complete and return the attached proxy form / nomination form. These are to be received no later than 12pm on the day of the meeting.
Agenda
1. Opening of the meeting and apologies.
2. To read and approve the minutes from the last AGM.
3. To receive the presidents report.
4. To receive the Secretary / Treasurers report.
5. To receive and approve the financial accounts of the association for the year ended 31st December 2019.
6. To set subscription levels for the year commencing 1st January 2021.
7. To elect the officers of the Association (President, Secretary, Treasurer, and committee members).
8. Motions to be heard.
9. General business and recommendations to the incoming committee.
